The most third class service ever I had in kolkata. Most of the reviews appraising their service may be fake. They hired lowered skilled technician from market & try to capture the customers. The CC representative first tell u to pay just Rs. 400/- for repairing gyser except parts, but when(definitely!!) problem remain same u feel, they will send another person to take again the service charge Rs. 400/- without any replacement...after that they will hang u with time...the actual blame should be imposed on branded company of the damaged product...recent times the original company offers service to us through such type of low-graded third party as "Ready Rabbits"..we become the sufferers....
