Worst Sales/Customer Service.<br/>No proper information.<br/>they come up with a new thing every time they call, no transparency, not customer friendly.<br/>lot things are there.. didn't like the service at all.

Especially high end version vehicles they are creating lot of problems. Initially estimation of paid service one amount, 2nd call another figure 3rd call another figure 4th SMS will come to vehicles owner get heart attack. Be carefull while dealing with them. regards<br/><br/>PSRSwamy 09886711738

This is the worst center for any dealings. We purchased Mruthi Dezire in December 2015. With the hourly driver we had couple of dents and we were not happy with the air condition in the car. So we gave it for service since we got it here. My god!!!They promised it in 2 days and they kept for 1 week and still they coudnt figure out where the car is. We have to provide all the details to every one we call or they call and still they dont know what is going on. IS THIS CALLED SERVICE TO A CUSTOMER. WE NOW THINK WE MADE A BLUNDER IN PURCHASING A CAR WHO DOESN'T HAVE A GOOD SERVICE OR RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. WE ARE STILL SUFFERING!

Story of Denting and Painting at Varun Motor's Gacchibowli.<br/><br/>Gave my car for Denting and painting on 27th Jan 2014 and got it back on 4th Feb 2014. They took it so long my expenses to commute for office came finally had a fight got it delivered. Saw little difference in the paint when asked WS(WorkShop Manager) newly painted one takes little time to settle down. Even after year it didnt come to shape. Went to them and asked they extended warm welcome and took the car for repaint and its been 3 day's they could'nt match.<br/><br/>These kind of service centers will spoil the brand name of Maruthi. However guys beware
