Western Waterproofing were awarded the contract for waterproofing terraces for all (5) society's buildings as well as garages. The work was carried out professionally and within the stipulated time and budget. The cost of water proofing was only 30% of that quoted for the conventional brickbat coba method. Their waterproofing method eliminates noise and is very quick and they gave us a 10 year guarantee. Since the work was completed we have not experienced any water leakage.
