most unprofessional company and people. very greedy and money minded.least at customer support. we had done a big mistake booking with them our international trip which we wanted to cancel 4 days in advance due to this coronavirus scare. but these people instead of supporting us forfietted the entire advance amount, even though we had travelled multiple times earlier as well through this company.. Our airline indigo also gave us full refund considering the case of urgency due to coronavirus but these unprofessional people are sitting just to make money by fooling the customers.. customer delight and satisfaction is not at al their focus. infact they will call some 50 times a day to irritate you to the core that you end up giving up. i got many options from make my trip also to plan our holiday but i deeply regret that i chose this company as MT in this case would have given us refund like the way they did in case of airline booking. feeling cheated. highly dissatisfied
