Acer Mall - Exclusive Store Navrangpura Ahmedabad

Most horrible experience, I bought a Predator Triton 300 on 28th January and the laptops keys were not working when I reached home and unboxed it, next day I asked the store to change the laptop they said they can't replace it and told me to lodge a complaint on Acer support, so I complained they have pathetic support. I have many laptops but the Acer service and products are most pathetic. They couldn't solve my problem and told me they will replace the part but doesn't guarantee that the problem will be solved. So I asked for a refund it's 43 days now I still haven't received my money. Don't buy from here, better go for online options Amazon and other platforms will refund your money within few days. Who would have thought buying offline would be risky than buying online. (Highly unsatisfied)
