Deeply disappointed. Kept believing Keith Fletcher promise of visa which he has not applied for but taken full money for.

Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service

A very unprofessional guy,if u give ur work ur going to regret for sure ,kept lying until the last day that visa will arrive nd it dint,he had kept the passport at home ,we had to cancel our trip

I wish I could say that I also had a good experience with Keith but unfortunately he took advantage of my situation. Keith owes me money for processing my father's visit to the US which was later not required. He never did anything with the papers I sent to him and kept giving excuses. He promised he will return my money but after several reminders he still has not. Since I am in the US I had found him on google. This has made me weary of trusting people without a reference. It is not always about the money but it is very disappointing when people try to dupe you.
