Very very worst service.. I booked complaint regarding my smart tv on 18th Oct 2017 but till the problem was not solved.. So many times I spoke to customer service and onida incharge person but no proper response.. Please go for some other brand.. Don't buy onida products

Terrible service.<br/>29-Aug-2014 : Raised complaint to fix washing machine.<br/>11-Sep-2014 : Technician Visited (He was clueless what to do)<br/>19-Sep-2014 : Since none turned up. I called up customer care and found that the complaint is closed. So reopend the complaint.<br/>24-Sep-2014 : Called up customer care and found that complaint is again close.<br/>
