Hi I am Subha and had joined Personal Training at Aero Fitness Centre under Mr.Pappu Ale in the month of September.Initially i had joined personal training with other trainers but could not find the desired result and afterwards I heard about Mr.Pappu Ale and now i am very happy after losing 10Kgs and feel proud about the decision i had taken. He is very dedicated and punctual in his workouts and pushes till you reach your goal.He makes fitness an addiction and stresses on one thing AGE has nothing to do with fitness and has made me feel young and energetic as before In the age of 40 also i feel fit and healthy as a young girl....all thanks to pappu sir.........AND IF UR LOOKING FOR BODY TRANSFORMATION I SUGGEST HE'S RIGHT PERSON PAPPU SIR ROCKS !!!..smile emoticon
