Firstly I would like to say they have pathetic support both on call, AVA and your WhatsApp support. Seriously no option to either have a person respond or a wide variety of selection choices, AVA support page view also very claustrophobic.Halh hour I just hear "We will get back to you soon" all 3 times. Now the reason, my flight PNR: N19NFP for Air Asia flight has been booked for 9th Dec 2020, at 15:15. I receive a message your flight preponed to 9th Dec 2020 7:50 AM. Boss is this some Joke! I had selected that specific time because it was catering to my required departure time, since I have office for night shifts till 7 AM. How do you propose I catch my flight? And the choice of your words are just dramatic "Due to safety and precaution the changes have been made". Bhai, do you see future. what is going to happen on 9th Dec. Its not half or one hour prepone/postpone but approx 7 hours. Also there business model to offer lower prices. See the price and date I booked and late price.
