Incomplete and Disappointing Service

WE THINK AJAY MODI HAS BIG NAME IN TRAVEL INDUSTRY BUT I HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE DEAL WITH AJT THEY HAVE TREAT LIKE NEW IN TRAVEL BUSINNES NOT SOLVE ANY QUEERY YOU MAY ASKED WHENVER TIME VERY SAD

The worst tour....No proper management...No reply by tour manager or head office for complain..No solutions... Suggest you choose other travels .

Not happy at all with the hotel accommodation, what they promise on their website. After long 6 hours traveling in bus we checked in to the hotel name Dream Home hotel, where we found the Blood stain on bedsheets, towels , pillows... staff at the gurukul office in Ahmedabad told us to adjust for 1 night !!! after having arguments for about 2 hours they accommodate us in different hotel which is really a nice and clean hotel. We really had a great group and a helping tour leader Mr. Mukesh Vyas. my suggestion is to give some authorities to the staff so they can able to make decisions in such conditions so that travelers doesn't have to suffer while they were on their vacation with family or friends. Usually we take a tour every year in January when we visit our parents in India. Message to Modi Tours: - if you need more happy customer from abroad give them a clean nice accommodation and quick response in such condition, rather than make them wait and argue for hours. My brother had planned to visit Goa so he contacted this tour operator .This tour operator is one of the major Tours & Travels for providing High Quality services .The package contains 3 nights and 4 days for 2 adult and 2 child .They have estimated him Rs.17,000 approximately . The accommodation and food was good . It was comfortable journey .
