i want renew my diving licence, it will get expired on november 2016

Purchased a car from Modi Hyundai in Santa Cruz in January. The Registration Book/Card has still not been received after more than four months. Dealer says that RTO is responsible. There is no response to grievances from the RTO site. Is it leading to professionalism being claimed by the Administration?

The RTO himself was prompt in giving decision. The staff too were responsive. Registration Work was done in just two days. Appreciation letter sent to RTO, Dy RTO Mr Pradeep Shinde, Mr Lad the inspector and Ms Geeta the pay section.<br/> The TAX pricing as calculated by the staff was at variance from that in the TAX CALCULATOR of WEB SITE. Further the computer system levied some INTEREST though the LMV was bought and registered in just 5 Days. This needs to be checked and refund made.<br/>Over all the staff encountered were helpful.<br/><br/>During the visit noticing the way people were rushing many lost, I wished, like Railways or Passport office single window system be introduced.
