I purchased two 25ltr ferroli brand wayer heaters and one 15ltr heater from Ankur Elect noida sector 18 in 2016. Subsequently i found that they supplied all the three heatets of 15ltr capacity. On contacting they refused to admit the mistake and talked rudely like any cheap vendor. No apology nor any realisation. They can easily check their inventory and find what went wrong. Do not get swayed by the sweet words at the time of selling. When faced with problem their real character comes out. Beware of such unscrupulous vendors.

In today's dat what matter is after sales. I understand after sales services are entitiled with product company however when you will visit the Harola, Noida outlet of Ankur Electrical they will surely make you feel that they are platinum vendor/member for individual company (in my case it was Glen). Issue started with product in a span of 6-7 months with motor making noise. When i reached out to Ankur Electrical he was not ready to entertain me anylonger and advised me to raise a complaint with Glen itself. Even he was not ready to guide me general warranty with product internal parts and yes was rude as it is essential part of being in service industry :). They asked me to share details so that a service request can be opened with Glen however received no response after 8 days. I have googled glen number and then raised a sr with them. Stay away and i think go for other branded store (reliance/vijay) who atleast dont make false commitment.
