Pathetic experience. My Laptop was not getting switched on. i Gave it to them for repairing and they handed it over to me after servicing. when i used it i found that my 2 GB Graphic card is not working and is missing. They charged 3600rs for replacing the power circuit and 1600 for a duplicate Keypad. The system was intermittently getting switched off also. I again asked them to check and repair things. They kept my laptop for 42 days and returned it without repairing. The day they handed it over it was working but and very next day when i tried starting it, it was not working and and even after several try when it resumed the touchpad was not working, when called them they denied servicing it. I got my laptop checked from other person and he confirmed that they have broken the power circuit cap and have shown me also that they have put salotape to fix it. There are scratches and white patches also on the screen. I would not suggest anyone to give laptop to them for repairing.
