Worst service technician doesn't now basic things with out checking adjustment post fitting he cut the adaptor to adjust filter and tried with some one removed it didn't work . Post filt the nails with adjustments try to adjust adopter of mine by joining said not working. Tried with new adopter didn't work finaly adjusted wires with out knowing worked with cable charges 1000 and installation 450. Worst service don't adope even management team also not responding. Don't go for it

Pathetic and horrible service specially when you have AMC. It's been 4 days since the service is booked and I'm still waiting for them to send the technician. And it's not the first time, ever since I purchased AMC it has been a painful exp every time I need to call for the service. And the best part is, they only call from their end to remind service is due and technician charges will be applicable, but as soon as I remind them about my AMC, they tell 'oh will check and get back' and after that they will just disappear. It clearly shows you don't want to serve any customer having AMC coz nothing is charged for the service. When you guys have so much pain to serve the AMC customer why do you even sell the AMC in the first place. To everyone out there , if this helps - Don't buy AMC from these folks or change the service provider itself.
