Worst service. Professional cheaters. Once you purchase the item then will never give any service. You call Harish 100 times he doesn't bother to pick up the call. Think twice before choosing this.

These guys are notorious cheaters. The service technician by the name Harish came for filter candle replacement. First he showed the brand new genuine Aquaguard candle. Then he asked for a tester/screwdriver as he didn't have one. When we went inside to get it, this cheater guy promptly replaced with a duplicate local candle which won't even cost 500. Finally he charged 1650 including the service charge. However we sensed something wrong as the water was not getting filtered properly. We called Aquaguard servicemen who came after 2 days. They immediately confirmed the candle was a used and duplicate one. When I tried to contact these unprofessional couths they didn't even answer properly and blaming us back. Time to report such cheaters to Police station
