No rating at all, not worth rating. very bad service. rude staff. false reports, a highway address cannot locate,means some ineffeciency in the staff

Third class service... Delay my parcel for 7 days and also submit Lie report ...that no one was at homeby the delivery boy....worst service by Aramex...very worst

Got a delayed delivery from this courier service. Their service is not efficient at all and the took almost seven days to deliver my parcel to me and their service is not friendly at all. They need to desperately improve their service.
