Arun Excello Group, a conglomerate with diversified business interests in Engineering contracts (Mechanical & Civil) for Oil, Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries, Hospitality & Infrastructure development was established in the year1987 by four engineering entrepreneurs. Ever since, the Group has successfully completed turnkey industrial projects both in India & abroad. Later in 1997, the Group diversified into Real Estate development primarily residential projects concentrated mostly in the sub-urban areas of Chennai and has since completed more than 36 projects including 2 Township projects with a built-up area of 5.3 million Sqft comprising 6150 units. Since 2012, the Group has been more focussed in developing affordable homes to cater to the growing demand of the lower & middle income segments of the society and have delivered more than 2500 units with a built-up area of 1.3 million Sqft under the budget home category named Compact Homes Series.
