Shailesh Shaily is Noida based astrologer belongs to Saraswat Brahmin family of Punjab. His forefathers were court astrologer to king of Hosiarpur in Punjab. But he belongs to business family. He is graduate in B.com from Delhi university. Started early his business with his father but was interested in occult science. He learned palmistry in 1990 from Professor Dayanand then did diploma in astrology in Jyotish Acharya from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan and continued his research their when in 1998 he recovered an old manuscript of Bhrgu samhita from where he got interested in doing researches in Bhrigu samhitas and registered him in IGNCA for doing advanced researches in Bhrigu samhitas Afterward he become registered research scholar in library & museum in India. He collected many manuscripts from Kurkshetra, Jammu, Hosiarpur, and Varanasi and now is possession of many valuable manuscripts on Bhrigu samhitas.
