Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

This man Amit Gupta he is a fraud number one person. He promises something else and do something else. I sent my courier to canada on urgent basis and i clearly mentioned its my urgent order, he said it will be delivered in 5-6 days. After 1000s of request my courier reached in 15 days. He never understands this term urgent. WORST SERVICE ever, NON COPERATING STAFF, RUDE, IRRISPONSIBLE, PATHETIC PEOPLE, please please domt opt for their service, he is a complete lier. He charges 800/- kg. Please pay 1000/- to some other agent but dont opt for his courier service.??

Hi One of the worst service provider, I have sent the courier to Australia almost 25 days ago, still the same has not been received. Everytime they are giving some excuses and later on they blocked the number as well, when I am trying to reach from another No then one of their team member is saying that “JO KARNA HAI KAR LO”. Even I am lodging a complaint in Consumer forum also and sharing on other platforms as well. They are fraud courier services comp, please don’t send any international courier or any services from them.
