There is no option of giving zero or I would have went ahead and done that, I am telling ng this because I visited this hospital just today morning as my RES turtle was behaving unusual from 2 days. The vet had just looked at the turtle ran it over water and concluded it's too weak for injection so prescribed medicine and told to follow up after a week for injection (for which he charged me already along with consultation) he ignored all my questions throughout. I came back and did exactly did what he asked me to and seconds in to water full of medicine as advised my pet stopped moving and it's dead. The vet didn't warn me of the consequence and charged me for injection so I had full hopes he will be healthy again. The doctors are supposed to be honest and not dwell in to money making. I wish today's day was different from what it had been. I feel cheated.

So basically this is the first review I am writing for any place ever. I have adopted a stray puppy, who I realised in mean time has weak bones and structure problem. Anyway despite of the charges which it may occur in long term we decide to keep the doggo. Recently, I took him to the hospital for laser therapy which was his 3rd session. The doctor wasnt there and they asked the helper to give the therapy session. I can say that he failed miserably and although his therpay was supposed to be in front leg, they mishandled the puppy and broke his back leg. I let it go first time. After this I took my dog for the follow up hairline fracture which they only initiated by mishandling my dog. In the follow up session, they sedated the pup becasue pain was bearable, they were so negligient that they taped the wrong leg altogether. Also, the front leg for which I used to take him for laser therapy got pus cells now. On facing them on this issue, they got aggresive with me. Instead of showing
