Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I have taken tour package from Bhagat Holiday and they provide the most pathetic and bad services to their guests. They provided me really bad hotel services and even food was not cooked properly they served us very bad dinner and breakfast to us and they even charged for the food to us. The hotels were also no 3 star as said by the tour operator. The tour operator did not even booked the hotels in advance and we were not even allowed to check in they even denied to use the washroom if we are not booked with the hotel. I will never recommend this travel agency to anyone as they ruined my trip through these kind of improper management. Very poor service and pathetic service. The tour operator just misguided us on everything.

Excellent service from Mr. Johny... 5 Star.. Driver was very cooperative (Arun). Will make repeated bookings in future as well & refer to my family and friends... :-)
