The staff is very unprofessional. They just do not know what is custer orientation!!!<br/>They are there to get their pay cheque and nothing else..if business goes to AIR TEL they are more than happy. After all they work for AIRTEL under the disguise of Bsnl.

I applied for shifting of phone/ broadband. There is confirmed feasibility at the new location. The DP box is situated touching my house boundary wall. Still the JE/ Lineman are not coming to install the phone. The BSNL guys are still in the same old world. They are loosing the customer base only because of their lack of professionalism. If they don't install in next 2 days, I going to move to Airtel. The BSNL loss is somebody's gain. Since they know there is government behind them, they don't care about the customers. They are the team of useless and rotten people.

Pathetic service. The official behave as if citizens are at their mercy. Wake up. World is not at your mercy.

I am glad of using BSNLconnection, good speed and good connectivity. Their customer service is really satisfying and the monthly charges are very nominal.
