I had my son's bday party here... In the name of decorations they put 15 balloons in a small place for which they charge 1575, party time was 5 to 7 but since the kids came late I requested the girl serving as host to start the games a little late and extend the time a bit for which she lied that thr is another party following ours at 7..(we were thr till 7 45 waiting for the parents to pick up thr kids and no other party was there)... And she hurriedly winded up everything... And kids cdnt enjoy much... Two games were played quickly and no time for dance....no bday song was played at the time of cake cutting... crowns for kids were given after cake cutting and that too wen I pointed out... They did not inform us for bringing a knife neither did they have one as a result we had to run to a shop at the last moment to buy a new knife Which wasted 15 to 20 mins and was a great hassle... And on talking to the manager about all this he said he was unaware... UTTER MISMANAGEMENT!!!! In all it was a bad experience... Would not recommend this place to anyone for party.
