There was no coordination between the Agent Mr. Dhiraj,Sales person,Bus Owner,Bus Driver and Hotel Rudra Plaza. The tour agent and their sales person have changed the cost of Tour Twice.After taking Advance from us. Very Bad and Fraud Company.We have taken package of Girnar,Somnath and Dwarka .The Bus was pathetic and spoiled our journey . The Driver has misguided because of which we could not see important places.He was very uncooperative . The bus windows were so pathetic and was making noise throughout the journey.Also the seats were not cushioned properly which was very uncomfortable. When we went to Dwarka ,there also rooms were very small and pathetic. The Behaviour of Owner and staff at Hotel Rudra plaza Dwarka was very rude. The bus owner took 2000 extra from us and blackmailed us that if we will not pay then he will not allow bus to move .This has wasted our half hour which has delayed our journey and we missed one thirth and reached in hurry at Railway Station otherwis

To describe the experience in one word, PATHETIC. We had planned a Do Dham tour with the tour operator. The tour operation firstly cancelled the tour merely 7 days before the trip stating lame reasons and when we pursed for refund for the same, the operator was charging cancellation fees and upon fighting the tour operator reinitiated the trip but with downgraded hotels and changing locations of some stays... In guptkashi, we had 2 days of stays but our hotel was changed without prior notice and that too were informed upon reaching the hotel at 9:30 at night. The same incident happen , our hotel was changed and further downgraded to below standard and upon much arguing we were given a tent camping site which again was not acceptable. Finally we told that we would book the hotel by our own and deduct the same with the remaining balance that we owed the person. To be continued......

If you could describe in one word.. DISGUSTING… My experience for the do dham yatra(Kedarnath and Badrinath)… They took an advance of 25k and provided the hotel vouchers of 3 star properties which was earlier discussed… One week before the scheduled start of my trip they said that they will be cancelling the trip from their end… After following up for refund of the advance amount paid for 5 days they did not bother to action on the same… After 5 days they said that they are re-initiating the trip with the same itinerary however they downgraded the hotels which was promised earlier… I started my trip and the moment i thought everything is under control they started to show their true colours… After returning from Kedarnath at 9.30pm my hotel in Guptakashi informs me that you will have to shift to another hotel without any prior information… The same issue happened at Badrinath and we had to make personal booking at our end… Do not waste your money

I given an advance of Rs.10000/-for char sham yatra in march 20 for 2 person and due to COVID 19 and Lockdown I inform that my plan can cell and cancel my booking on 25th April 20 and request to Mr. Vivek and Ms.Somali Jain to refund my advance of Rs.10000 but my deleted request till date neither refund advance nor replying also block my mobile no.in their mobile henceforth unable to contact them. Request pl.refund advance of Rs.10000/-at the earliest Thanks Krishna Gopal Khandelwal
