Sushmi Residency Flat of 3 floors Promised to complete the work by June end. Till today(07.08.23), the work is not complete d. Still 30% of the work is pending. Almost full amount is paid. Stopped attending all our flat owners call. Resort ef to dodging. Very much Untrustworthy. Anyone who wants to give contract to Ckakri Paintins Works will be doing so at their own risk. My humble suggestions would be to spread this to all your friends and known persons.

Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Sushmi Residency East Marredpally Cost of the project Rs.5.6 lakhs Assured time of completion was 24.06.23 95% of the payment is made. Current Status is 20% of the work is still pending as of today. Does not attend to our repeated calls. Dodging and avoiding. Contractor is untrustworthy and most unreliable. Risk of uncertainty is involved in awarding contract to contractor
