I recently availed the services of Chamunda Services to repair my washing machine, which was experiencing water flow issues. To my dismay, they suggested replacing a part of the washing machine, which cost me an exorbitant amount of 1800 rupees. After the service was completed, I noticed that the service person did not bother to properly screw the panel back on, leading to a new problem with the drum of the washing machine. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, they have the audacity to demand an additional 2500 rupees to fix the drum. I want to emphasize that both the machine and drum were in perfect working condition and well-maintained before their service. However, after their intervention, the machine is now in a pathetic state. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor service and the problems they caused, they provide absurd reasons like the unpredictability of human life and absolve themselves of any responsibility.
