WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CRAFT N CREATION, SURRENDRA NAGAR FAIZABAD ROAD,LUCKNOW On 08 sept 2017 between 6.30-7.00 pm When I visited at your outlet For knowing about a wooden cupboard and wanted to place an order as well,Your Desk incharge person was rudely treated me ,first he laughed on me, and afterthat,I standing and I politing asked that if I have done something wrong. Again he rudely treated me, not only ,when I asked him to be polite ,he asked me to leave his shop and go out from the shop immeditley then he left the counter I expressed myself very politely, and again he said you go from here by showing his hand, I did not say anything , I went into the shop with a hope, but I came back from shop, I felt myself very embarrassed with his behiour and decided I will never go his shop and will not recommend anyone about his shop.As I Was not expected this type of customer service from a reputed furniture firm.
