Croma Store Dwarka Delhi

I feel utterly dissapointed as the AC has not been fitted till date...though we requested again and again. The croma mechanics number that we have also doesnt respond and did not turn up even yesterday at 7pm the time given to us by him. Neither does he pick up our calls. And CROMA'S worst policy is not giving the store number at all. Thats where I feel the problems start for we only have the call centr number and reporting there evetyday elicited NO RESULT Though if we had the CROMA store number I trongly believe that the ac wud hav been fitted right now by the intervention of the Manager to staff. The worst time of summer and though money spent we just have no AC I strongly recommend AGAINST buying from this particular store.

I purchased Croma microwave oven and felt that I have been fooled by Croma. I don't want to write long story. In short Croma is the worst esp the one in Dwarka adjacent Radission hotel. My mistake that I believed in Croma.

Visited this store for shopping. Purchased a new home theater from this store. They quoted me a reasonable price with warranty. Their response from them was good. I am happy to purchase from this store.

Purchased the Panasonic Split AC from Croma Store Delhi. I am satisfied to purchase from them also the price was approximately 30000.I got the Installation done on time and I am contented with their services. I'm very satisfied about their service.

Purchased O General Window AC For residential use from Croma Store Dwarka, Delhi. They charged me as per competitive market price. This store is very nice and fabulous, all varieties and branded items are available here at the reasonable rate. The staffs were also responsive and supportive, I am happy with their services and products.
