geyser service provided was the worst. The service person doesn't have the material. so he bought one material from local made and the other material (cuttoff) it was not available in the shop so he adjusted with the existing one and made it work. After one day when we switched on, the geyser got burnt. The geyser is of no use now. So we called him again and told that it is not working, he said he will come and again i called several times, he was not picking the call. When we called the other person for repair he said that everything got burnt. So we had to buy a new geyser. I dont know how the service is being provided. Because of very poor service it costed me Rs.10000.
