One of the worst service encountered. I order Snoozer mattress (one of the expensive brad) thinking these people would be professional in handling customer. But these people hardly give attention once the deal is clicked. Its been 18 days and not near of getting the mattress delivered to my place. I had to call them up and reminded of non delivery and then they started looking into the issue. I have till now followed up 10-15 without any success.<br/>More over the Manager Mr Patel don't have courage to even pick up the phone and answer. No one is even ready to give the shop owners contact details with a fear that I will complain. wow That too much.<br/>My sincere advise to all avoid De Marvel if you want piece of mind.
