I am one of the unfortunate customers who has purchased a property here. The entire staff top down is incompetent and have zero work ethics. They keep blatantly lying about the status of the project. They were to hand over the apt to me in Aug 2019. As things stand, the apt is unlikely to be habitable anytime before Dec 2020 at the very earliest. The construction work on the club house hasn't even started. Going by this builders track record till now, the club house won't be ready for at least another 2 years minimum. They have been struggling to get EB/Water clearance since Sept 2019. The team keeps blaming everyone except their own incompetence (TN Govt, the EB dept, the Water dept, bad economic climate etc etc) for the inordinate delays. The junior staff is clueless about the state of affairs and the senior mgmt doesn't have the time to speak with customers, and when they do, they are downright rude. All existing customers should come together as a group to be able to confront them.
