Worst experience with D.M. Bharat Cycle Store, Indore Recently I purchased a bicycle for my 3 year old kid (his first bicycle) from D.M.Bharat cycle store ( 9, Maharani road above Railway station Indore) . They convinced me about the quality of the product. After 3 days I have experienced that the quality of the bicycle is not up to the mark i.e. the seat is not proper affixed. I have raised complained to the shop owner. They told me that I have to repair it from nearest cycle shop as they don't have the required nuts and bolts. I told him to replace the product which they have denied. I left that bicycle to them and told them to call me when they got the stuff. After 4 days they affixed the nuts and charged me for service charges. Really bad experience as the owner of the store is rude and providing worst customer service. I can't suggest anyone to purchase bicycle from that cycle store group.

they have many branded cycles like Hero,Atlas , Hercules, here best cycles with gears and disk brakes are available , they have bicycles for both girl & boy the price for bicycle is reasonable.
