I ordered 19 pan pizza, but there was no cheese instead fresh cream was applied all over the pizza.then I asked them to give chilly flakes but they said stock not available. The taste was too worst

WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! Worst service experience. Bommanhalli Dominos pizza outlet fools you with wrong wait time. The online time tracker is mostly unavailble during offer period. Even if you dont avail of the offer you suffer through long wait times. I was given a wait time of 1.5 hours for 2 pizza even when I had not availed of the offers. The online mentions no time guarantee "if you avail of offer". I called up the Domino's Bommanahalli outlet where the persons who received my call were not aware of my order, nor of the offer and gave false guarantees on the wait time. Simply felt cheated. They insisted on cancelling the order if required and the refund (since I booked online and paid in full) will take 7 days!! Absolutely disappointed and feeling cheated.
