Incomplete and Disappointing Service

we are present in our premises but on tracking it shown "Receiver Not Available"

They charge huge amount for "Express delivery" but never delivers before 2 days. Never responds to phone calls. Most unprofessional cheats.

Recently sent a courier through them. The service was good from them as there was no complaint of late delivery or damages. Last year it was bad experience as they misplaced my medicine. They refunded only 40% of the amount. But now they are working good and i am happy to use their service.
