Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

It is very bad experience they will said 2-3 days we delivered but after 8 days also it was not delivered waste of time waste of money don't trust dtdc waste courier facility provide they will charge high amount but they don't have minimum responsibility to transfer the courier? ??

As I sent a parcel from Hyderabad to bangalore to one of my customer The parcel was urgent it was not delivered by time I tried to contact them byt these people are so worst that they cant even pick up the call. I am not going to use DTDC again and am not recommending. This was really a bad experience where a lot of time and money was wasted due to the pathetic services of the DTDC courier service. They charged RS 300 for the service.
