Use dtdc only if you dont have any urgency to get your package delivered. Staff response is awful. In spite of misrouting the package, they don't have the courtesy to work on it on priority. They Provide very bad Service. The customer care services they have will never pick your calls.I had received a courier from Mumbai and they said that it will be delivered in specified days and it was received late. Pathetic service!!
