This is most pathetic builder ever, i came across. Never ever fall into their false promises. Don't even spend your hard earned money. These guys are highly unprofessional and fraud. Once you buy their property which never have full and clean papers and they will keep asking for money. Once you have given money and project get stuck in the middle for some legal issues or other matters. They will not even reply your emails or give any proper answers. They will keep asking you to give them more time. I own a Villa in their Rudrapur project. Now that project hanged in the middle for legal issues.
