the person mr.sanjay kumar singh has taken all my money Rs.26900/- for loan processing fees but haven't provided me the loan amount and for now he is not picking my calls and not giving reply for my msgs when i want refund for my money

all this peoples are fraud i applied for a personal loan amounting Rs.400000/- on 2nd of February 2016..i also paid all the amount they told me its for Rs.26900/- but still till date i haven't received my loan amount..and now a days the person i contact earlier for loan details Mr.Sanjay Kumar Singh his phone is switched off and he went on holiday for a week..refund my money back to me or else i will file a complaint against you all fraud peoples in navy police..
