Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

This Institue Facilites, environment are so hygiene and class rooms are good. But IELTS trainer Shakthi very rude, cheap mind and miser. His outside frustration will show on us. At time of paper correction, he talks disrespectful manner. No Politeness. It is so Annoying . Shakti not a Professional trainer. I joined this institute for IELTS by checking Google reviews . Fee 15,000/- wasted. Shakti use to beg for us to write reviews. Please don't join by reading reviews.

Excellently designed course with a thoughtful faculty. He focuses on each student and makes them feel comfortable and encourages them to come out of fear and speak fluently.Great course I would recommend for my friends.
