Purchased a Sofa through this Dealer. The service from this dealer is bad as their customer service is not proper. They charged me Rs 38000 for the sofa. Unhappy with the service from this dealer.

Worst services from the Aundh Branch. We were looking to but a dining table. visited the branch, we were attended by a sales man, we finalised an order and he was going to visit our house for measurements. after a few days of followup, we understood that he had left the service. we again visited the store, not attended by different sales man, this time he did visit and then we placed an order. Few days before the date, i called to check if the delivery is on track which was answered affirmative. on the day or delivery, again i called to check if its going to be delivered today, again affirmative. I stayed back from work to take the delivery, which didnt arrive, again i called and i understood that the product failed quality check and so will be delivered in a few days. again daily followups. on the day of delivery, the rep didnt confirm if it will be delivered that day and then in afternoon I asked for evening delivery. I get a call at 4 pm that the delivery will be done in 30 mins.
