Dear Purchasers,<br/>My sincere request. Dont be a prey to this machine supplier. We are Mangalore Paper MilL using their machine for last 14 months. There was a problem with display unit and the service representative demands Rs 5000 just to look at the problem since we did not take the AMC for Rs 11000 p.a. which covers just 2 visits. He says new display unit costs Rs 50000 and we have an option where we will be supplied a unit w/o warranty for Rs 12000. He says this is company policy and when asked repair of the unit , he cannot ascertain the time for repair and value for the repair. <br/>He means to say we have to pay for the mistake for buying the machine.<br/>Have never come across any Capital machine supplier like this where the sales representative had come from Bangalore on a phone call to beg for the order pleading and later when consulted says its company policy and have no say on it. <br/>I request the Buyers if any not to get into the trap where we are helpless and to keep the machine idle for months together since there is no alternative once we bust the machine. Please yellow pages, do not entertain such worst company and their policies.<br/>then to rate this machine, i give third rate suppliers and the people who do not have any feelings or humanity. but since rating is a must, i am giving single star
