Worst service offered by them. I had to service my water purifier from them. I contacted them several time but there is no proper response from them. Had to follow up a lot. No charges were taken as it was under warranty. Very poor service.

Installed my water purifier from them a few days ago. Their service was Okay because after installation the problem started to occur. When I tried to call them for the service the number would always be busy and they would come late. As its under warranty no charges were taken. Overall it's an average service.

Purchased Eureka RO purifier through this dealer for Rs.21, 000. The capacity of this purifier is 8 liters. The installation had been done. The executive had explained features about this product in a clear manner. Their customer service was good and gave immediate response. Overall their service had impressed me.
