should be renamed to "PASSENGER" HYUNDAI - their staff for dealing with new car sales & delivery beats any government office in processing things slowest. No reaponsible followup, their typical response is "i had to deal with 100 calls a day ! "

Called them for a issue on Saturday - EPS indicator is ON. They promised to have car picked up on SUnday. Nobody turned up till Monday 11.00 A.M . Called them again , then they promise to send the driver next day, but after serious discussion driver was send on Monday 1.30 P.M and with the promise to fix the issue same day and return car on Monday itself. But Mechanic check the car only by 6.00 P.M and calls to replace the EPS motor . Once agreed, promise to fix by 8.00 P.M and hand over the car. At 8.00 P.M calls and says the screws are tight and require one more day to fix the issue . Fixes the issue and returns the car on Tuesday afternoon 1.30 P.M . I drove the car only for 20 mins, the EPS indicator is ON back again.Called them on Tuesday 7.30 P.M . Again they promise to take the car early morning next day and get it fixed.But nobody turns or calls till 10.30A.M on Wednesday. When called again , promise to have pick it up early morning next day- Thursday. After serious discussion
