Pathetic service.. My courier is showing our for delivery since 23rd March and have not received it yet. I tried calling up so man numbers no one responding. Finally I get to connect with someone from other office and he asked me which area I am calling from. Upon discussion he told me that you will have to go and collect the same else it will keep showing out for delivery forever. This is so pathetic and totally unacceptable.

courier Sent on 15-mar-16 reached Hyderabad on 19th -mar-16. But from there till today 20-Apr-16, The worst service . they are not giving response when i called him . Irresponsible person.<br/> Please don't choose this service.

Why they are providing services if they are unable to do so. Customer support is not at all professional, they kept me on hold without any ask and did not respond, I had to drop the call and when

Poor.. don't use this service. They are not at all professional. They are not at all delivering the product in time. Even WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PARCEL they will updated the status as "DELIVERED" in their system for which again you have to follow with them. I am going through that problem right now. My parcel had reached to their office 5 days back. Still I didn't get that. You can imagine now how poor they are.

My docket no. is M991M0343761, courier sent from pune to Hyderabad. Sent on 19-mar-15 @ pune. reached hyderabad on 21st march '15. But from there till today 24-mar-15, it has not reached the branch. No proper info and contact details of the destination branch on the consginor copy. The worst fellow named sameer, at the branch in madhapur is least bothered to give response when i called him thrice. Irresponsible. I sincerely suggest you not to choose this service. I will complaint to the FFC authority.
