Float & Fly Tour Pvt. Ltd. East of Kailash Delhi

Registered through holidayiq for a Phuket+Bangkok air and land package through 'Float and Fly Tour Pvt Ltd.' and suffered a lot. There were so many loop holes. -Even Commitments made in written were not met.(speed boats were replaced to some cheaper options) -Very slow service and unresponsive team. -We had to stand in all the heat for first 50 mintues in the Foreign Country. - Had to make international calls to the travel agency to ask about will the represntatives be coming for land activities - Uninformed changes in schedules were made and where we were ready and dressed to partcipate and when we asked them were told, actitivity will not happen today. - Big budha temple visit was promised but were taken to some local temple. - Promised places were reduced in city tour too. - Indian respresentative used to ask what the local(thailand) vendor is saying, if we had to coordinate why we hired you for package? I am going to take strict action against Float and Fly tour Pvt ltd.
