He is fraud company plz don't give him any mobile for repairing

With reference the SONY PHONE has been picked up by the Gadget Gold at Faridabad for repairing but after receiving call from the authorised company (Sony) the request has been cancelled and asked to send the phone again as the phone was in warranty period.<br/> <br/>The phone has been received by the company on 29th Feb, 2016 but in worst condition. After receiving the phone, I had noticed scratches over the phone including IMEI number plate was not there.<br/>Also noticed USB CAP was not in proper condition seems as a it was prepared by normal gum lastly the phone has been changed and after that only it was returned to me.<br/>

Beware as i have given him my mobile sony Z1 he told me it cost 4500/- i said ok but now i don't want to repair this mobile so kindly give me back ,he gave my mobile after a week after calling again & again & he has broke my mobile back panel is open very poor response plz don't give him any mobile
