Ganpati sweets Telibagh Lucknow

Went back there again after picking up the order to get their shitty sahi paneer, 1 plain naan and 2 tandoori roti exchanged following the phone conversation.The two guys at counter were arguing that this is the only way they make it(sweet) and is locally the same taste everywhere as theirs,.My point was neither it was sweet nor the gravy was thick enough plus the roti was full of crap taste and not at all chewable. It was getting stuck in mouth and even though after telling what wasn't right they were repeatedly asking what was wrong(and I felt like it cannot get more stupid) .And then comes their chef(one of the guy present at the counter told he was the chef from a reputed 3-Star hotel) and dipped his finger in sahi paneer and tasted it in front of me and asked what was wrong in it(wow,I guess he was over qualified)?
