The Managing Staff are highly experienced and are mostly having ex-service (defense) background. Our Services are up to the mark as of the existing clients and will try to be more advanced. The quotation depends upon the client requirements and of course will be best in the industry when compared with other organisations. We promote the guards who has minimum knowledge in security and will be given further training depending upon the unit. We screen all the security personnel as per our company policy. We take all the related documents/ data to meet the statuary obligations and to meet all the challenges. After verification of the candidate we provide them basic training (Code of Conduct) at least for 5 to 7 days. They have to clear the written exam to get enrolled their name as our employee & to get ID card and uniform. Later they will undergo OJT for three days before consuming the duty. We always keep the safety of our client as our first priority and strictly follow it.
