GM Packaging Solutions Kolathur Chennai

We purchased a labelling machine from GM Packaging on 23.9.2015. We paid advance as instructed by them and got the machine to Bangalore. Their reps Kartik (Mktg) & Prem (technician) came for installation. However, while installing, they found that the following issues were coming up :<br/>- Bubbles on the labels<br/>- Corners getting wrinkles<br/>- Containers getting scratched<br/>- 2 labels getting stuck together<br/><br/>Since their technicians were unable to sort this out and were clueless, we immediately sent a mail to Mr.Gopi and Mr.Mani on the same day stating these issues. Though they promised prompt after sales support for their machines before purchase, it is already 3 weeks and they have not yet sent a single person to take care of this issue. <br/><br/>They do not pick up calls at all. After many emails, they said they will refund the money which has not happened till now.<br/><br/>2 of our client orders got cancelled due to this. <br/><br/>VERY UN PROFESSIONAL.. ..<br/><br/>PLEASE DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK...!!!
