After selling the product they forget customers. Service support is zero. Very poor service. I have purchase 3 nos of DG Set in last 3 months. But there are problems in 2 nos. Last one is delivered before 10 days. But there are some sound from engine at the time of commissioning. So I requested Mr. Paresh Patel to replace the product. He send service engineer and he cant find the problem from last 3 days. Sales person of GMMCO LTD cant handle my case.
